Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a high-volume, casual environment.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all guests, anticipate needs, and respond to inquiries.
• Provide outstanding service to members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain familiarity with menus and beverage offerings, including wine service.
• Complete station setup and breakdown/side-work.
• Polish and clean water glassware on assigned station during each shift.
• Take food and beverage orders and upsell where possible.
• Present accurate checks and process payments.
• Assist in seating guests and answering restaurant phones as needed.
• Cross-train among other F&B outlets as needed.
• Communicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements and dietary needs.
• Report guest concerns to the Restaurant Manager promptly.
