Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Roanoke, VA is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and support league prep and sales at the counter. You will assist guests, operate the POS system, and coordinate lane assignments in a lively entertainment venue.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong telephone etiquette, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Prior hospitality or customer-service experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant/hospitality experience optional.
• Proven success in school/previous job.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
