Cunningham Restaurant Group is hiring a friendly Host/Hostess for Stone Creek in Greenwood, IN. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests, managing waitlists and reservations, and assisting guests with seating and information.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, strong organization, and coordination with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience. Training is provided for those new to hosting.

Responsabilidades

• Guest Greeting and Seating: welcome guests, manage waitlist and reservations, escort to tables, follow seating charts.
• Reservation Management: take/confirm reservations, maintain reservation book, communicate special requests.
• Guest Assistance: provide menu info, assist with coat check, handle inquiries professionally.
• Communication and Coordination: liaise with servers/kitchen, share important guest info, manage guest flow and wait times.
• Cleanliness and Organization: keep host stand and waiting area tidy and stocked, maintain menus and promos.
