Job summary

Host/Hostess position at Cunningham Restaurant Group in Brownsburg, IN. You are the first point of contact for guests, greeting, seating, and managing the waitlist to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with reservation systems or software.
• Previous host/hostess experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them; manage waitlist and reservations.
• Take and confirm reservations; update reservation book.
• Provide guests with information about the restaurant, menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to manage guest flow and seating.
• Track waiting guests and communicate wait times to them.
• Keep host stand and waiting area clean, organized, and stocked.
