Responsibilities

• Guest Greeting and Seating: welcome guests, manage waitlist/reservations, escort to tables, follow seating charts.
• Reservation Management: take/confirm reservations, maintain reservation book, relay special requests.
• Guest Assistance: provide menu information, assist with coat check, handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Communication and Coordination: coordinate with servers/kitchen, relay important guest info, manage wait times and status.
• Keep the host/hostess stand clean and stocked, ensure materials are in good condition.
