Cunningham Restaurant Group in Greenwood, IN, seeks a friendly Host for Stone Creek Greenwood to greet guests, manage the waitlist, and escort guests to tables while explaining menu highlights and promotions.

You will collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth seating flow, handle reservations, and ensure guests have a welcoming experience. Training will be provided for this front-of-house role.

Competenze

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with reservation systems or software is a plus.
• Previous host/hostess experience is helpful but training will be provided.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests and manage the waitlist and reservations.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus.
• Seat guests according to seating charts and server rotation.
• Take and confirm reservations; maintain reservation books.
