BRU Burger Evansville is seeking a friendly Front of House Host to warmly greet guests, manage the waitlist, and help guide them to seats. You will be the first point of contact, providing information on menus and specials while coordinating with servers to maintain smooth flow.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with reservation systems or software is a plus.
• Previous host/hostess experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Guest greeting and seating, manage waitlist and reservations, and ensure accurate seating.
• Take and confirm reservations via phone or reservation system.
• Provide guests with information on menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Assist guests with coat check and general inquiries with professionalism.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth guest flow.
