Job summary

BRU Burger Montgomery is seeking a friendly Host to be the first point of contact for guests and set the tone for a welcoming dining experience. You will manage the waitlist, seat guests, and assist with reservations.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for smooth service. Responsibilities include guiding guests through the seating process, sharing menu highlights, and coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient flow.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them, manage the waitlist and reservations, and assist guests as needed.
• Take and confirm reservations by phone or through the system; keep an up-to-date reservation book.
• Provide guests with information about the restaurant, menu items, daily specials, and promotions; assist with coat check if applicable.
• Maintain effective communication with servers, bussers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth seating and service; relay important guest information.
