Job summary

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is seeking a Host to join our Front of House team. You will greet guests, manage wait lists, and coordinate seating with servers and bartenders to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, organized front-of-house spaces, assisting with reservations via software, and supporting daily operations. Must be 18+, reliable attendance, and able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline guest service preferred.
• Ability to manage high guest volumes with composure.
• Basic computer literacy for reservations and check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and bid farewell on departure.
• Maintain an organized wait list and coordinate large parties with on-duty supervisors.
• Seat guests promptly with servers or bartenders to ensure smooth service.
• Set tables and maintain clean dining areas and equipment.
• Assist with overall front-of-house operations as needed.
