Job summary

Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix Airport seeks a Hotel Host to deliver welcoming, high-quality guest service across the hotel, including the Host Stand, Bakery Café, and meeting spaces. You will be responsible for check-in/out, shuttle operations, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.

Strong guest interaction skills and prior guest service experience are required. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18+, and able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction.
• Must be able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service at the Hotel Host Stand and related areas.
• Check guests in and out, assist with the hotel shuttle, and service meeting rooms.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment across the Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room and TV den.
