Job summary

Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix Airport is seeking a Room Attendant/Housekeeping Host to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public spaces. You will provide welcoming and attentive service to guests, ensuring a tidy, inviting environment throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have cleaning and customer service experience, can work weekends/holidays, and communicate clearly in English. The role supports a fast-paced hotel operation with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience required.
• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs).
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• The Room Attendant/Housekeeping Host maintains cleanliness of guest rooms as assigned.
