Job summary

Hofs Hut Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate for our Lucilles BBQ Red Rock Las Vegas location. You will greet guests, seat them, present menus, and assist servers while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include handling guest information, quoting wait times, managing reservations, answering phones, and ensuring clean, well-stocked front desk areas. Must be 18+ with basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and inform them of specials.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and preparations.
• Provide hospitality and meet Company service standards.
• Take guest information and quote wait times accurately when tables are busy.
• Plan reservations and manage waitlists and floor plan changes.
• Assist servers by clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Answer phones per Company standards and address menu questions.
• Support servers and kitchen staff as needed.
• Maintain room cleanliness and personal appearance as required.
