Job summary

Hof’s Hut Restaurants, Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking a part-time Busser to support servers and maintain a clean, welcoming dining room. You will buss tables, reset for new guests, stock glassware and utensils, and help keep front desks and stations tidy while interfacing with guests in a friendly manner.

The ideal candidate is organized, able to work quickly under pressure, and committed to company service standards. Prior restaurant or fast-paced environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers by bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Observe tables and track clean, dirty, and occupied status.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after each guest.
• Maintain stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware.
• Refill condiment stock and condiments on tables.
• Work in a team environment and contribute as a team player.
• Ensure guests have a hospitable dining experience aligned with service standards.
• Stock and organize menus at the front desk.
• Interact with guests entering and departing to ensure a positive experience.
• Keep service stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Maintain restrooms throughout the shift.
• Assist food servers and kitchen staff as needed.
