Qualifications

• Experience in frontline guest service roles preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Strong communicator who can guide Guests through experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests warmly and guide them through dining, game rentals, and merchandise shopping.
• Process transactions and handle cashier duties accurately.
• Maintain front desk and host area, restock supplies, and keep areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with Managers and Team Members to ensure great guest experiences.
