Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a friendly Front Desk Host to welcome Guests and guide them through dining, games and merchandise. You will handle transactions, assist Guests, and maintain an inviting front desk area.

We value reliable communication in English, a positive attitude, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Minimum age 16 is required; prior retail or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests at the front desk and guide them through games, merchandise sales and dining.
• Process transactions and manage payments accurately.
• Maintain tidy front desk and host area; restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure fast, friendly service and guest satisfaction.
