Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is looking for a front desk/host to warmly welcome Guests and guide them through dining, retail and game rental experiences. You will be the first impression, coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales and telephone inquiries with a smile and positive energy.

The role emphasizes clear English communication, friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage wait times, seating and guest transactions in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

Qualifications

Restaurant, retail or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.
Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Greet Guests warmly and guide them through retail, game rentals and dining experiences.
Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales and telephone operations.
Ensure front desk and host areas are stocked and clean, restocking supplies as needed.
Maintain a positive attitude, escalate issues to management when necessary and invite guests to return.
Handle transactions and provide accurate bill calculations while delivering friendly service.
Help manage wait times, seating flow and overall guest satisfaction.
