Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking a front desk/host to warmly greet Guests and guide them through dining, games and merchandise experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first impression, coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales and phone inquiries while maintaining a friendly, energetic demeanor.

Responsibilities include stocking the front desk, processing transactions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with multiple Guests while generating enthusiasm for D&B.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through game rentals, merchandise sales and telephones.
• Keep Front Desk stocked with menus, silverware, Power cards and gift cards.
• Complete transactions and reconcile monies from banks; ensure accuracy.
