Qualifications

• Guest-facing role requiring strong communication.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier helpful.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Friendly demeanor and able to smile frequently.
• English reading/writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide through experiences with enthusiasm.
• Assist guests with game rentals, merchandise sales, and phone inquiries.
• Keep front desk area stocked and organized; ensure menus and supplies are available.
• Process transactions and handle cash; reconcile monies as needed.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with team members and managers.
