Job summary

Hyatt Place Atlanta/Cobb Galleria is seeking a Hotel Host dedicated to delivering high quality guest service. This role involves welcoming guests, assisting at the Host Stand and Bakery Café, and ensuring a clean, comfortable environment that feels like a larger-than-home experience.

You will handle check-in and check-out, help with the Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, and meeting rooms, and communicate clearly with guests.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Must have schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Hotel Host Stand and Bakery Café.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out and service the meeting rooms.
• Maintain a clean, inviting environment and assist guests as needed.
