Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, answer phones, and set the tone at the door. This part-time role offers evenings and weekends in a vibrant entertainment environment.

You will manage the waitlist, track lane availability, ring sales at the counter, and assist guests with basic bowling instruction, while following cash-control procedures.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the entrance and at the counter, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Manage the waitlist and allocate lanes and equipment as needed.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash-control procedures using the POS system.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction when appropriate.
• Operate the central panel, computers and PA system as part of daily duties.
