Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation in line with Hyatt Regency branding.
• Basic computer systems knowledge and cash handling ability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Display empathy and listening skills in all interactions.
• Manage the registration process and guest information.
• Tailor interactions based on guest needs and data.
• Familiarize with hotel inventory to allocate rooms based on availability.
• Recognize Hyatt's loyalty program members appropriately.
• Answer inquiries with knowledge of hotel features.
• Handle guest issues with compassion and recover service as needed.
• Utilize general cashiering skills.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments.
