Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a front desk clerk or similar hospitality role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the guest registration process and communicate hotel services and promotions.
• Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries.
• Facilitate casual conversation, creating a welcoming guest experience.
• Act as the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Host.
• Work AM or PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
