Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to set the tone for guests as they enter the venue. The role involves greeting guests, managing the waitlist, and assisting with lane assignments, merchandise, and food & beverages services.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience is acceptable.
• Excellent telephone etiquette is required.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol per state law.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability.
• Assign lanes, shoes, and other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter.
• Follow cash control procedures and log issues with pinspotter/pinsetter.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
