Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Sarasota, FL is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the desk, and handle basic bowling operations. This part-time position offers an energetic environment with opportunities to interact with guests and support events.

You will answer phones, ring sales, assist with lane readiness, and use the POS system while following cash control procedures. Applicants must be at least 18 and ready to contribute to a fun, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone etiquette is required.
• Must have proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures.
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
