Lucky Strike Entertainment in Kissimmee, FL is hiring a part-time Greeter/Desk Attendant. You will warmly greet guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lane and equipment setup while handling sales at the counter.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience helpful.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and guest service orientation.
• Must meet state age requirements for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track lane availability.
• Assign lanes, shoes, and equipment as needed.
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter.
• Follow cash control procedures and log cash transactions.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS, central panel, computers, and PA system.
