Lucky Strike Entertainment in Tampa, FL is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with bowling operations. You will ring up sales, handle equipment coordination, and maintain a friendly, safe guest experience.

Qualifications include a HS Diploma (or equivalent) and excellent telephone etiquette; eligibility to work in the US and to serve alcohol is required. Evening/weekend availability is common in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track lane/shoes/equipment availability.
• Prepare for leagues and ring up sales at the counter per cash procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instructions.
• Operate the POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
