Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in New York is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant for a part-time role. You will welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and handle sales at the counter while guiding guests on basic bowling and facility operations.

This position supports an engaging, upbeat environment with evening and night shifts, weekend availability, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience is a plus.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette required.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol as per state law.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability.
• Ring sales at the counter and operate the POS system.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instructions and log equipment issues.
