Job summary

PF Chang's is seeking friendly Hosts/Hostesses to ensure a welcoming dining experience and to maintain smooth restaurant flow, greeting guests, seating them, and answering questions during wait times.

No prior experience required; we train you. You must be 18 or older and bring excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Effective communication with coworkers and guests.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders)
• Uphold sanitation standards at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
• Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to PF Chang’s specifications
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift
