P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Host/Hostess to manage guest flow and deliver a warm, professional first and last impression. You will quote accurate wait times, greet guests, and seat them efficiently to ensure an excellent hospitality experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders).
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control.
• Learn restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas.
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to standards.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift.
