Job summary

PF. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Host/Hostess to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience by guiding the flow of the restaurant and creating a positive first and last impression for every guest.

When there is a wait, you will provide accurate wait times and answer guest questions. The Host will greet and seat guests, answer phones, manage reservations, and support curbside or takeout expectations while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we will train you.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts and multitask in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders)
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
• Learn restaurant seating layout, server areas, and how to deliver food
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s specifications
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift
