Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Host/Hostess to deliver an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the restaurant's flow and creating a positive guest impression. You will quote accurate wait times and answer guest questions during peak periods.

The role requires strong communication, sanitation awareness, and the ability to manage reservations, seating, and curbside expectations. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and etiquette basics.
• Ability to greet guests, answer phones, seat guests, and take reservations.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders)
• Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
• Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to PF Chang’s specifications
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift
