Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest‑facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining experiences.
• Maintain front desk area, restock materials, and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Process transactions accurately and reconcile monetary exchanges.
• Communicate wait times and guest needs to team members and managers.
• Support other team members as needed to create a positive guest experience.
