Job summary

Sixty Vines in Dallas is seeking a friendly hostess to greet guests, manage reservations, and provide a warm dining experience. You will maintain a clean arrival area and assist with seating, while offering alternatives during busy times to keep guests happy.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Hospitality experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and co-workers in a professional, hospitable, and friendly manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Wear proper uniform including dress, makeup, hair, and jewelry; manage reservations.
• Offer alternatives when desired times are unavailable to secure guest bookings.
• Quote accurate wait times for guests.
• Suggest bar options when wait times are long.
• Maintain clean entry, hostess stand, and restrooms.
• Assist in bussing tables when needed.
• Provide directions and guest assistance inside the restaurant.
• Thank departing guests and welcome new arrivals.
• Answer phone calls and relay information to managers; know hours, menu, prices, directions, and contacts.
• Provide information on daily menu additions, performances, and wine features.
