Job summary

Water Country, part of Herschend Family Entertainment, seeks a Guest Relations Host to provide outstanding service to park guests. You will be the friendly face welcoming visitors, answering questions, and guiding them through park policies and offerings.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via in-person, telephone, or email channels, selling tickets, and maintaining a positive, safe environment. The role blends office tasks with outdoor park duties in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (NH Child Labor Laws).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for Water Country and deliver exceptional customer service to guests.
• Welcome guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Serve as primary contact for general park questions and inquiries.
• Convey park information, policies, and procedures to guests and team members.
• Assist guests with questions and complaints via in-person, phone, or email communications.
• Deescalate guest concerns with a positive attitude.
• Direct requests to the appropriate manager.
• Sell and collect tickets and season passes using POS.
• Assist with administrative tasks like reporting and data tracking.
• Provide on-the-job training to other Guest Experience team members.
