Water Country, part of Herschend Family Entertainment, seeks a Guest Relations Host to provide outstanding service to park guests. You will be the friendly face welcoming visitors, answering questions, and guiding them through park policies and offerings.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries via in-person, telephone, or email channels, selling tickets, and maintaining a positive, safe environment. The role blends office tasks with outdoor park duties in a dynamic setting.

We are currently looking for a: Water Country - Guest Relations Host.
The Guest Relations Department is responsible for delivering amazing customer service and maintaining exceptional first impressions for both prospective and existing guests. The Guest Relations Host serves as a park ambassador to provide superior customer service to all Guests and supports the entire Guest Experience team. This role will have heavy focus on assisting guests with their questions, complaints, and providing helpful information about the park during their visit. The ideal candidate will be friendly, have strong communication skills, and have a knack for exceptional customer service.
Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
