Responsibilities

• Ticket & Pass Processing: greet guests, explain promotions, sell passes and parking.
• Admissions: scan passes, check bags, monitor entry/exit, restock maps.
• Guest Relations: address questions, handle guest inquiries, provide assistance and accommodations.
• Maintain a clean Main Gate work area and follow PCI procedures for transactions.
• Assist other departments as needed and follow leadership instructions.
