Qualifications

• Friendly and able to smile frequently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests and guide them through dining, games, and merchandise experiences.
• Assist Guests at the Front Desk with check-in, payments, and reservations.
• Maintain Front Desk and Host station cleanliness and organization.
• Stock menus, silverware, Power cards, and gift cards for shift preparation.
• Provide excellent guest service and escalate issues to Manager as needed.
