Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail is helpful but not required.
• Must be friendly with a smile and able to greet Guests appropriately.
• Able to read and communicate in English and handle basic transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests at the Front Desk/Host station and guide them through game rentals and dining experiences.
• Assist with merchandise sales and telephone inquiries while keeping areas stocked and tidy.
• Maintain a positive, efficient flow of guests and coordinate with Managers on issues as needed.
