Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is looking for a friendly front desk/host to welcome Guests and guide them through dining, game rentals, and merchandise experiences. You will greet Guests with a positive attitude, handle transactions, and help maintain an organized front desk area.

Eligible candidates should be at least 16 years old, with or without prior restaurant or cashier experience. English reading and speaking skills are required to communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with multiple Guests.
• Must read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through dining, games, and merchandise experiences.
• Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones.
• Handle guest transactions and ensure accurate billings.
• Maintain front desk area, restocking supplies and keeping menus clean.
• Assist other Team Members and manage wait times as needed.
