Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent reading and spoken English required.
• Experience with cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and guide them through dining, games and rentals.
• Handle phone inquiries and merchandise sales at the front desk.
• Maintain a clean, stocked Front Desk and Host station; restock menus and supplies as needed.
• Process transactions accurately and reconcile monies at shift end.
• Coordinate seating and manage wait times to ensure guest flow.
• Support other Team Members and report issues to the Manager.
