Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or food service industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests creating a positive first impression.
• Use a floor plan and seating rotation to assign tables for guest satisfaction.
• Provide accurately quoted wait times while managing reservations.
• Support front-of-house operations and teamwork to enhance guest experience.
• Answer phones with a sense of urgency and assist with general questions.
• Demonstrate ownership of sidework and closing tasks.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
