Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and create a positive first impression.
• Use a floor plan and seating rotation to assign tables.
• Provide accurately quoted wait times while managing reservations.
• Support front of house teamwork to enhance the guest experience.
• Answer phones with urgency and assist with general questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization during shifts.
