The Cheesecake Factory in Greenville, SC is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, seat tables, manage the waitlist and accommodate reservations. You will engage guests, quote accurate wait times, and guide them through our menu and bakery case with hospitality and care.

Join a fast-paced, full-service restaurant with steady hours and flexible scheduling. Must be 18+, with strong communication skills and reliability; physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds; and a willingness to work evenings

Qualificações

• Previous restaurant, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service.
• Dependable, dedicated, reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Adaptable and patient with pride in guest relations.
• Team player with a positive, patient attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Warmly greet guests creating a positive first impression.
• Seat guests using floor plan and rotation to promote satisfaction.
• Provide accurately quoted wait times while managing reservations.
• Support front-of-house teamwork to enhance guest experience.
• Answer phones with urgency and assist with questions.
• Handle sidework and closing tasks with ownership.
• Multitask in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.
