Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on guest service.
• Dependable, dedicated, reliable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and create a positive first impression.
• Use a floor plan and seating rotation to seat tables.
• Provide accurately quoted wait times and manage reservations.
• Support front of house operations and teamwork to enhance guest experience.
• Answer phones with urgency and assist guests with questions.
• Follow instructions with attention to detail and consistency.
• Own sidework and closing tasks.
• Multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with speed and efficiency in a full-service restaurant.
