• Provide accurately quoted wait times while managing reservations.
• Support front-of-house teamwork to enhance guest experience.
• Answer phones with urgency and assist guests with questions.
• Follow instructions with attention to detail and consistency.
• Own sidework and closing tasks.
• Work with speed and efficiency in a busy setting.
