Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food service preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.

• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests creating a positive first impression
• Use a floor plan and seating rotation to assign tables
• Provide accurately quoted wait times while managing reservations
• Support front-of-house teamwork to enhance guest experience
• Answer phones with a sense of urgency
• Follow instructions with attention to detail
• Ownership of sidework and closing tasks
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Work with speed and efficiency in a full-service restaurant
