P.F. Chang's is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostesses in Bakersfield, CA. The Host will deliver an excellent hospitality experience, manage guest flow, and provide a positive first and last impression. When there is a wait, they will quote accurate times and assist guests with questions.

The role emphasizes guest service, sanitation, and teamwork in a fast-paced dining environment. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders).
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control.
• Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food.
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's specifications.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift.
