Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group in Omaha, NE is seeking a friendly host/hostess to greet guests, seat parties promptly, and sustain a welcoming dining atmosphere. You’ll manage the waitlist, assist with carry-out, and help deliver food to tables as needed.

You’ll need strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, a passion for hospitality, and a willingness to learn about our menu and service processes. OpenTable and Toast experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable team player with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Willing to learn about food, beverages, and to-go process.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests promptly and make them feel welcome.
• Manage waitlist, assist carry-out, and deliver food as needed.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer guests' questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized area for guests throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast is a plus.
