Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group is seeking a cross-trained front-of-house team member in Omaha, NE. The role may include host, server assistant, and food runner duties, with shifts varying day to day.

You will warmly welcome guests, seat and manage waitlists, assist with carry-out orders, support servers, deliver meals, and keep dining areas clean and organized. Evening and weekend availability is required to fit our busy dining schedule.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house experience preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, approachable, and enjoy guest interaction.
• Willing to cross-train in host, server assistant, and food runner roles.
• Eager to learn menu, beverages, and carry-out process.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and attentive to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Able to stand and carry trays throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank guests warmly.
• Seat guests, manage waitlist, and maintain flow.
• Assist with carry-out orders and answer menu questions.
• Support servers by setting tables and refilling water.
• Deliver food to tables accurately while coordinating with kitchen and service teams.
• Clear dishes and keep areas clean.
• Ensure timely, attentive service.
• Work with hosts, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Be willing to step into different roles as needed.
• Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast is a plus!
