Rail Trail Flatbread Co. is seeking a Host to greet guests with warmth and confidence and to manage seating and the waitlist to keep energy high. You’ll handle phone inquiries, take and verify takeout orders, and learn the menu to answer allergen questions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth and confidence.
• Manage the seating flow and waitlist to keep energy high and wait times low.
• Answer phone calls with professionalism and personality.
• Take and approve takeout orders with accuracy and care.
• Learn our menu and be ready to answer questions and handle common allergens safely.
• Coordinate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Be part of celebrations, from birthdays to engagements to “just because” nights out
